  Thank you for bringing your Science channel concern to the attention of the Executive Office. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional customer experience. We value and appreciate your feedback when we may fall short of that commitment.

  We have been unable to reach you to discuss the removal of Science channel from your line up. Your account is not billed on a per channel basis, so the billing does not change when channels are added or removed. Additionally, Verizon does not always notify customers when channels are added and removed.

What if Insurance Companies Followed The Same Practice as Verizon

ALERT FOR Enterprise Rent A Car

  After putting a reservation in for mini van for a vacation I was called by Enterprise Rent a Car 804-346-1001 asking if I really need a minivan and told they have none

Enterprise called said they had no minivans and at the same time Enterprise allowed people to rent them through their web site

UPDATE 9/2/2022
            Our son called the evening before vacation and was told they have all of their minivans rented and to wait until the morning of our vacation. We changed our plans and will not use Enterprise.   Sounds like overselling airline tickets but rent a car style (oh and standby til the day of your trip)
